Early Years: the future starts in childhood

The first episode of the podcast “WE UNDERSTAND” promoted by ISPA – University Institute, titled “Early Years: the future starts in childhood,” explores various perspectives on child development during the early years of life, because STARTING EARLY IS BETTER.

The podcast aims to deepen the understanding of children’s well-being, growth, and learning, as well as reflect on the reality of families in Portugal.

It discusses the impact of public policies and social support networks in building a fairer and more inclusive future for all.

Moderated by ISPA’s Director of Education, Ana Teresa Brito, the panel included Alexandra Marques (coordinator of the Pedagogical Guidelines for Creche), Miguel Herdade (Associate Director of the Ambition Institute), and Lourdes Hill (coordinator of the campaign Primeiros Anos a Nossa Prioridade).
